Rules And Regulation (For Students)



1. Every student should regularly carry with him/her the school diary. The school uniform is to be worn on all school days and school functions.

2. All students must be in their seats before the teacher enters the class. During the absence of a teacher the monitor of the class, responsible for maintaining discipline, must be obeyed.

3. Students should take care of school property. They should not write or scratch on the desks, chairs, walls, or doors of the school nor should they damage property belonging to others. Any damage done to the school property must be made good by the offender.

4. The school is not responsible for the goods or money lost. Money should not be lent or borrowed or articles exchanged.

5. A student, who uses unfair means during tests/exams, tampers with answer sheets or school certificates will be given zero in the subject and a warning letter. Repetition of the same will result in dismissal. Any student who is found tampering with grades/marks in the Progress Report and other School certificates will be asked to leave the school and name shall be struck off.

6. Students and parents are requested not to offer any presents or gifts to the teachers.

7. After school hours students are not expected to go to their friend’s house for birthday parties, tuition, etc. from school. They may go to such parties from their homes with the permission of their parents.

8. If by chance some children miss their bus, they should not try to go home by themselves but immediately inform the Bus in-charge or the Principal.

9. Students are not allowed to use the phone in school, without the permission of the Principal during class hours.

10. Indisciplined behavior in the school bus will make the child ineligible to use the school transport.

11. Students are forbidden to bring crackers, explosives, and other dangerous materials to the school.

12. Electronic calculators, Mobiles, transistors, and other electronic gadgets should not be brought to school.

13. (a) Students should not wear ornaments. They are not allowed to use nail polish, mehendi, make-up, grow long nails. (b) Boy’s hair should be neatly trimmed. Girl’s long hair should be in plaits with ribbons.

14. Use of motorised vehicles in the School premises is strictly not allowed.

15. Appropriate language must be used at all times.

General For Fee/Fee Payment


1. Fee is to be deposited by Cheque or DD at the School fee counter between 08:00 to 01:00 P.M. by the 10 of every month on all working days (cheque shall be crossed in favour of Mother Khazani Convent School) in case of delay a fine of *5 per day will be charged.

2. If fee is not paid by 30th of the month, name of the student shall be struck-off from the rolls without any notice. The child will be granted re-admission only after the payment of fee with late fine along with re-admission fees R200.


Code Of Conduct For Students


1. Show pride in your school and present a good image especially by behaving yourself when in public and particularly on your way to and from school.

2. Late comers will not be permitted to enter the school campus.

3. Put your hand up to ask/answer questions, do not blurt out of turn.

4. Students should move in silence and in an orderly and disciplined manner while changing the classrooms.

5.No student is allowed to leave the class without teacher's permission.

6. All students should be habitually clean and neatly dressed. The school uniform is to be worn on all class days, examination days and for all the school functions at or outside the school.

7.Student should respect school property. Causing damage to the property or thing belonging to others will result in disciplinary action or/and fine.

8.Students should not bring objectionable things like books, magazines or periodicals to the school. Expensive items like mobiles, watch and any other electronic gadgets are strictly prohibited.

9. Student should not use unfair means during test/exam. Such improper conduct is unworthy and can lead to severe penalties.

10. Use of abusive language offers disrespect to others and is not allowed in school. Derogatory remarks pertaining to one's appearance, culture, religion etc. will not be tolerated and stern action will be taken if there is infringement of this rule.

11. Misbehavior, argument and use of low-standard language in school premises will directly lead to suspension. No written or verbal warning will be given.

12. Disciplinary action will be taken against who violate these rules, In all cases Principal's decision will be final

13. If students do not follow rules and regulation of the school, following cards will be issued:-

To foster a spirit of cooperation, considerable responsibillty and healthy competition the studen, are assipned houses Diamond, Emerald, Ruby and Topaz. All competitions in games and ca curricular activities are held on house basis. At the end of the academic year, the House wit maximum points is awarded with the trophy.

Our Expectation From Parents/Guardians


1.As a first step in this direction, we earnestly recommend that the parents and guardians familiarize themselves with the diary and the rules it contains.

2.The whole hearted cooperation of the guardians is expected at all times in the formation of the character of their children.

3. Parents are advised not to keep their wards absent from the classes for mere social function

4. Censure regarding the teacher, in the presence of the child, should be avoided as it encourapes the student towards bad morality.

5.Read and check all messages, progress report or other similar documents sent to you by the school authority. Sign the school almanac daily.

6. You should be open to listen the teacher's opinion regarding your child's behavior or performance.

7. You are requested to avoid private tuitions. Kindly develop the habit of working and studying on his/her own, under the guidance of parents.

8.Parents shall not be permitted to walk into the classrooms to meet teachers during school hours.

9.The Progress report given out at the end of each term has to be collected by the parents personally. It should be signed and returned respectively.


Leave Taking Procedure


1.Parents must submit an application for their ward's absence, No leave wine an ioned/excep on prior written application from parents.

2.No half day leave is permissible. in case of emergency, parents Will have to come to pick thef child.

3.Fine of P 10/-on leave without application or medical certificate.

4.Student returning to school after suffering from an infectious or contagious disease mur produce a doctor's certificate of fitness permitting him/her to attend the school,


School Transport Rules


1.Students must follow the instructions of the Bus Incharge / Monitors & conductors

2. School always provides its own eminent transport facility.

3. Students must be present at least 5 minutes before the given timing at the designated stop.

4. Students will not be allowed to withdraw the bus service in the middle of the session.

5.The list of stops is decided keeping in view the convenience and safety of all the commuters Therefore, buses will not stop according to the individual convenience.

6.Using one side conveyance will not be entertained.

7. Students will not be dropped on the mid-way.

8. Seniors must look after the junior students and give them a seat in the bus. They should not indulge themselves in bullying and ragging.

9. Bus facility can be withdrawn in case of reported indiscipline in the bus.

10. Complaint must be handed over to the Principal in writing. Parents/guardians are expected not to intervene any argument with the bus driver or the conductor. In case they get into any argument with the bus staff, their complaints, however genuine, shall not be taken cognizance of
